Moral and ethical education is one of the keys to progress Indonesian nation through young people who have good morals ethics. The purpose this study was find out how role dormitory administrators socialize Ethical Education female students live in Girls Dormitory Quality University Medan. analytical method uses qualitative research methods with triangulation data collection techniques. results indicate that consistently moral training various sets rules regulations, examples behavior, advice, motivation, self-development students. habit living girls' at Medan makes accustomed discipline, honesty, responsibility, wisdom, mutual respect, confidence, having a mentality, being able lead always sound life principles. They can form generation disciplined, has reasonable responsibilities, ready face increasingly advanced times. Future important see differences behavior dormitories those do not dormitories.
